We founded a publishing company under the name – Norules publishing – in Sharjah in 2023. 

Our focus is to publish Serbian and international authors in translation (into English and Arabic) as well as the authors who originally write in English or Arabic.

We are especially interested in Emirati cultural heritage and oral history. 

Our team also provides an excellent writing (editing, proofreading) and book design service.
